Delete Account
If you would like to delete your Family Wellness Diary account and associated data, please follow the process below.
Option 1: Delete from Inside the App
If account deletion is available in the app, please use the account or profile settings section to request deletion directly.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app or need support, send an account deletion request to:
Please replace this with your actual support email before publishing, for example support@myfamilyhealthdiary.com
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your app account name, if applicable
- A short note saying that you want your account deleted
What Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal account data and associated records linked to your account, subject to legal, compliance, fraud prevention, backup, and operational retention requirements.
Retention Exceptions
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or system backups that are overwritten on a normal schedule.
Processing Time
Please allow a reasonable period to verify and process deletion requests.
